Terms of service

By placing an order on this site you agree to these terms.

Products. Gardens Vault seed is sold for planting. It is not for human or animal consumption. Keep packets out of the reach of children.

Results. Germination, harvest timing and yield depend on climate, soil, water and care. Survey figures on this site are self-reported by customers and are not a guarantee of a specific outcome in your garden - that is what the 60-day guarantee is for.

Substitutions. Varieties may be substituted with harvest availability; any substitute is an equivalent open-pollinated heirloom variety.

Pricing. Prices are shown in the store's currency and may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order placed at a price listed in error.

Liability. Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Questions about these terms go to support@gardensvault.com. Currie Limited, New Zealand.
