Shipping policy

Orders are picked within one business day. Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown in full before you pay - nothing is added afterwards.

Delivery typically takes 8 to 16 days from dispatch. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday leave on the next business day.

You will receive a tracking number by email once the parcel ships. If tracking has not updated after a week, email support@gardensvault.com with your order number.

We are not able to redirect a parcel once it has left the warehouse, so please double-check the delivery address at checkout.

We do not ship to Australia or New Zealand - both restrict seed imports by law.

Seed import rules differ by country. Some countries restrict seed imports or inspect them at the border; if a parcel is held or destroyed by customs we will refund it.
